Ep. 8: Teiichi helps Yuko recover her memories while Kirie faces a mysterious shadow ghost.
Yuko rejects Teiichi, believing she has forgotten him due to painful memories. Kirie deduces that Yuko’s traumatic memories are transferred to her shadow. Distressed by Yuko’s lack of recognition, Teiichi distances himself by spending time with Momoe, until Kirie confronts him and is mysteriously pushed away. After consulting Momoe and her club logbook, Teiichi regains his memories of Yuko and his feelings. He rushes to the club room, takes Yuko to their favorite spot, and recounts their shared past while confessing his love. Yuko finally remembers Teiichi and reciprocates his feelings. Meanwhile, Kirie discovers an old photograph of Yuko in the club room just as the shadow ghost appears, realizing it was the entity that pushed her earlier. In a sudden twist, the shadow ghost asks Kirie who she is.
