As the poisonous air spreads via tradewinds, Astro is dispatched to stop the threat. Realizing force is insufficient, Astro tricks Garon into adjusting the island's gravity to match his home world. The sudden change causes Garon to be ejected into space, taking the toxic atmosphere with him and saving the region from destruction.

However, their expedition does not yield the results they anticipated. Instead of finding the expected tomb or artifacts, the group encounters an outcome that differs significantly from their initial expectations. The search concludes without the discovery they had hoped for, leaving the true nature of the location unverified by their efforts.

Astro brings them to Dr. Elefun and requests that he replace his own legs with hers, ensuring she remains part of him permanently. Elefun complies with the request, allowing Astro to continue his adventures with her legacy intact.
