The Mew Mews battle chimera animas created by Pie and Tart, while the Blue Knight fights Quiche. He is injured protecting Ichigo, forcing the aliens to retreat after the other Mew Mews arrive. Before leaving, the Blue Knight tells Ichigo he was born to protect her. Ryou catches Mew Ichigo as she faints from illness. At the café, the girls suspect Ryou is the Blue Knight, but he denies knowledge. During a date with Masaya, Ichigo mistakes Retasu and Bu-Ling for Ryou. After Masaya leaves, Ichigo admits she also believes Ryou is the Blue Knight. That evening, while Ichigo cleans the café, Ryou surprises her by inviting her to the beach.
