Retasu develops a crush on Norihiro after meeting him at the library and visits daily. Encouraged by friends to confess after receiving a gift, she witnesses him protect librarian Satsuki from a chimera anima attack. This moment reveals Norihiro’s true feelings for Satsuki. While other Mew Mews fall asleep due to the monster’s hypnotic reading, Retasu transforms and defeats it. Later, she observes Norihiro proposing to Satsuki with an engagement ring. Despite the heartbreak of her first love ending, Retasu accepts the situation and expresses gratitude for having experienced romantic feelings.
