Aliens deploy special chimera animas to pollute Tokyo Bay, prompting the Mew Mews to intervene without Retasu. They confront numerous smaller fish-based chimera animas while Mew Lettuce and Ryou arrive by boat, only for the larger monster to destroy their vessel and cast them into the water. The remaining team members defeat the fish monsters by combining Minto and Bu-Ling's attacks. Meanwhile, Retasu attempts to save the drowning Ryou, and her strong emotions activate the mew aqua around his neck. This transformation changes her legs into porpoise fins, allowing her to easily bring Ryou to the surface. The activated mew aqua also weakens the remaining chimera anima, enabling the group to defeat it.
