Ichigo struggles to accept Masaya as Deep Blue while Pie explains their waiting. Despite showing the bell collar, Ichigo cannot reach him. The Mew Mews defend Ichigo from the alien attack but are wounded and revert to human forms. Deep Blue destroys Tokyo with his sword, forcing Ichigo to realize Masaya is gone. She attacks but is overpowered. Ryou intervenes, shielding Ichigo and explaining that Earth chose them to protect the planet. Renewed by this truth, Ichigo prepares for the final confrontation against the powerful foe.
