Ep. 23: Draken reveals his past and Mikey's true relation to Emma

Draken brings Takemichi to the brothel where he grew up, expressing gratitude for preventing Mikey from killing Kazutora. Takemichi, Hinata, and Naoto initially suspect a romantic relationship between Emma and Mikey, but Draken clarifies they are half-siblings. In a gesture of thanks, Mitsuya crafts a gang uniform for Takemichi, allowing him to attend a Tokyo Manji Gang meeting as a formal member. During this gathering, Mikey arrives accompanied by Hanma and Chifuyu to deliver a significant announcement to the group.
