On June 19, 2003, Mikey remembers how Baji founded the Tokyo Manji Gang to shield Kazutora from the Black Dragons, understanding that Baji intended for him to forgive Kazutora. Following the police arrival, the Tokyo Manji Gang and Valhalla disband. Kazutora apologizes to Mikey and remains with Baji's body to surrender. Chifuyu later visits Baji's grave, recalling their friendship formed after Baji saved him from a gang. Subsequently, Takemichi and Draken visit Kazutora in juvenile detention, where he faces a 10-year incarceration. Draken delivers Mikey's message confirming that Kazutora has been forgiven and retains his membership in the Tokyo Manji Gang.
