Ep. 24: Takemichi returns to find Kisaki leading the gang after Mikey's disappearance and Draken's death.

Mikey declares the merger of the Tokyo Manji Gang and Valhalla, appointing Hanma as captain of the new sixth division. Kisaki is hailed as a savior, while Chifuyu nominates Takemichi for first division captain. Takemichi returns to the present as a high-level executive, discovering Mikey and Mitsuya are missing and Draken has been executed. Kisaki assumes leadership in Mikey's absence. During an executive meeting, Kisaki reveals the gang was raided by police and captures Takemichi and Chifuyu. Chifuyu confesses to leaking information to avenge Baji and is killed by Kisaki. Kisaki then prepares to shoot Takemichi, referring to him as "hero".
