Ep. 10: Tomo collapses after marathon while Junichiro reflects on past friendships

Tomo and Junichiro compete in a school marathon, easily outpacing their classmates. Tomo collapses from exhaustion on the return leg, revealing she had been running for hours the previous night. Junichiro carries her piggyback to the school nurse, where Misuzu advises Tomo to feign vulnerability to attract Junichiro’s attention. Tomo persuades Junichiro to carry her again so her mother can drive her to the hospital. Later, Junichiro visits Tomo, who returns his handheld device from years ago, stating he has finally matched her physical prowess. This act triggers a flashback for Junichiro, who reminisces about his middle school relationship with both Tomo and Misuzu.
