Junichiro and Tomo share a moment near a bonfire where he hints at his feelings, causing her to flee. Encouraged by Kosuke, Junichiro apologizes to Misuzu, who lies about her own romantic experience to support him. He then confesses to Tomo on the school roof, but she punches him for ignoring her efforts and runs away again. Seeking guidance, Tomo consults Misuzu and Carol, who urge her to pursue the relationship. Eventually, Tomo accepts Junichiro’s confession on the temple staircase after he promises their close bond will remain unchanged, bringing him great joy.
