Makoto wakes up feeling unwell after a strange dream but attends school, where she loses energy and nearly faints. Shouko discovers her and takes her to the nurse's office, where a white light begins glowing around Makoto's stomach. Simultaneously, Sei within Momoka, Juna within Yumiko, and the stone sword within Touka awaken briefly, along with Makoto's own dragon. Afterward, the situation appears normal, and the nurse attributes the event to Makoto experiencing her first menstrual cycle.
