Mini-cons extract children from military custody while Sideways discovers the Autobot base location, prompting a massive Decepticon assault on Coby’s hometown. To safeguard the Cyber Planet Keys and humans, the Autobots decide to leave their Earth base using the Omega Lock. Evac retrieves the Earth Planet Key but is ambushed by Starscream. Despite heavy fire, Starscream persists until Leobreaker severs one of his Energon blades, allowing Savage Claw Mode to defeat him. However, Starscream reactivates and shoots at the kids. Capitalizing on Optimus’s distraction, Starscream steals the Omega Lock. The Autobots vow to recover it, leading Colonel Franklin to request a meeting with them.
