Ep. 35: The kids navigate Atlantis while Sideways tortures Jolt and Starscream seeks the Omega Lock.

While battling on Primus, the children realize they have returned to Atlantis, which maintains a minimal atmosphere despite being debilitated. They discover Sideways attempting to extract Gigantian data from Jolt by turning him into a mindless zombie. Sideways activates artificial gravity to stabilize the ship, but the children escape through a tunnel after hearing Bud scream, narrowly avoiding a fire pit. Coby uses a communicator to project a hologram of Megatron, tricking Sideways into a humiliating surrender demand before the ruse is exposed. The group traps Sideways under rubble and rescues Six-Speed and Reverb. Meanwhile, Starscream coerces Thunderblast into stealing the Omega Lock. Back on the ship, the others rescue Jolt and attempt to disable the surrounding Electro-magnetic Shield when Sideways reappears.
