Frustrated Decepticon Desaras, advised by Hellbat, raises the sunken city of Atlantis to plunder its hidden energy stockpile. This action triggers a massive tidal wave that destroys a cruise ship and floods a coastal area. The Autobots intervene to help citizens but are confronted by the Breast Force. Victory Saber engages Liokaiser, easily overpowering the individual robot with the combined strength of the Autobot commander and Victory Leo. Despite the battle, Desaras secures the necessary energy and leaves. A second tsunami follows, sweeping away the Dinoforce and causing further devastation to Atlantis. The Autobots survive and evacuate the population, realizing Desaras has gathered sufficient Energon to revive his fortress.
