Desaras and the Breast Force pilot the Thunder Arrow into the Dark Nebula to power up his fortress, heading toward Earth. Star Saber sends the Brainmasters in the Galaxy Shuttle to intercept, joined by Greatshot. The Dinoforce attacks to gather energy but are defeated by Star Saber and Victory Leo. The Brainmasters form Road Caesar to fight the fortress but are outmatched as Desaras fires asteroids that devastate Earth, harming the Dinoforce. Star Saber orders the Rescue Team to treat an injured Goryu while he and Victory Leo go to space. Jan visits his school to check on Illumina and classmates, finding them safe. Victory Saber fails to stop the fortress, leaving Earth at Desaras' mercy.
