Villagers assault the Koryo castle while Chu'nyan pursues Sakura. Syaoran fights the Ryanban's son, and Fai battles Kiishimu. Kurogane breaks the stone on Kiishimu's forehead, freeing her from the Ryanban's control. Kiishimu kisses Kurogane in gratitude. Chu'nyan discovers her mother's spirit inhabits Sakura. She learns the true meaning of hijutsu. Her mother gives Chu'nyan a mirror and leaves Sakura's body.
