Villagers attempt to assault the Ryanban's castle but are subdued by his forces. Syaoran witnesses Chu'nyan and Sakura trapped within a protective bubble, only to learn that attacking the villagers would cause the girls tenfold pain. Despite this cruel leverage, his resolve strengthens his combat abilities. During the ensuing battle, he realizes that the individuals confined inside the bubble are not the genuine Chu'nyan and Sakura. This revelation alters the dynamic of the conflict, allowing him to press forward against the villagers with renewed purpose as he uncovers the deception surrounding the captives.
