Syaoran and Sakura face memory loss as they seek the Dimensional Witch's aid.
Apr 9, 2005After studying ruins, Syaoran reunites with his childhood friend Sakura, the princess of Clow Kingdom. She persuades him to remain while they shop, but a planned confession is cut short by a summons to the castle. Upon returning to the ruins, Syaoran discovers Sakura being drawn into a wall, causing her memories to manifest as feathers. He rescues her, but the memories scatter across dimensions. The priest Yukito directs them to the Dimensional Witch. They travel to her dimension, where they are joined by Kurogane, exiled for excessive killing, and Fai D. Flourite, fleeing his king.

Apr 16, 2005Transported to modern Japan, Syaoran, Kurogane, and Fai seek Dimensional Witch Yūko Ichihara to grant their wishes. Yūko explains their wishes are identical and requires a price: Syaoran sacrifices his relationship with Sakura, Kurogane gives up his sword Ginryū, and Fai offers the tattoo on his back. After paying, they receive Mokona Modoki, a creature enabling travel to random dimensions. They arrive in a dimension where a gang war between Kanio and Shōgo is imminent. During the ensuing conflict, the son destroys Chu'nyan’s only remaining memento from her mother, a magical fan. Syaoran also discovers that Ryanban’s son derives his power from a feather belonging to Sakura, which is sealed inside a ball.

After both characters exit their pods and greet each other, Syaoran notes the unfamiliar surroundings compared to their town. They meet a woman who explains that the world of Ōto is a virtual reality program within Fairy Park, a popular game for residents of Edonis Country. Syaoran observes that Kurogane and Mokona remain asleep in their pods. The woman reveals that an unknown individual is interfering with the program to transform the virtual reality into actual reality. Kurogane, Mokona, Ryū-ō, and others soon appear. Seishirō also arrives, leading to a fight between him and Kurogane. The episode concludes with the revelation of the true identity of the strongest Oni.
