Hibito observes Mutta acting strangely and suspects that something is wrong. Mutta eventually confesses about his high chance of failure and appears to have resigned himself to thinking he has no chance. Meanwhile, Hoshika has trouble trying to convince another judge to change his mind about Mutta. As Mutta spends time with the pet walkers following being told off by Hibito, the restaurant he is visiting is attacked by a fire extinguisher wielding robber.
