Uchuu Show e Youkoso

A group of five elementary school students spends their summer vacation at a camp in a quiet mountain village surrounded by forests. Initially, they enjoy the freedom and beauty of the natural setting without adult supervision. Their routine changes when they find a seemingly injured animal they assume is a dog. The creature, named Pochi, is actually an alien who was wounded while searching for a valuable substance on Earth. With the children's help, Pochi recovers and offers them a reward by asking where they would like to go. The children reply with a desire to travel as far as possible. Pochi takes them to the moon, beginning a series of adventures. As they journey, they learn the substance Pochi seeks is also used in Japanese cooking, and one of the children unknowingly carries some of it.
