Miyu and her friends visit Yuko Shigeri, whose brother Kouichi Shigeri is becoming paranoid due to a strange mask. Yuko's father remains skeptical of the myths surrounding the item, which is said to have been worn by a witch doctor long ago. Larva reveals he previously encountered the mask, a shinma named Kamen, which had possessed the witch doctor two hundred years ago. Although he killed the host, he failed to destroy the mask. Miyu takes the mask and isolates herself in a room, where Larva confronts Kamen directly. After the mask is severed and burned, the two-hundred-year-old curse appears to end.
