While closing a café, Takuya asks an elderly woman to leave, but she begs to stay. After his manager reprimands him, she vanishes, only to appear at his apartment with his girlfriend Marie, who believes he invited her. Takuya forces her out, and she warns he will end up like her. The next morning, reality unravels as Marie, his manager, family, and friends all claim to have never met him. Isolated and driven mad by the old woman’s laughter, Takuya’s skin rapidly ages. In a final twist, he becomes the last customer at a café, desperately pleading with a waitress for shelter, completing a tragic cycle of rejection and transformation.
