Ep. 2: Lost travelers encounter a mysterious tunnel and a terrifying giant spider creature

Two men driving to a hot spring become lost on a mountain road with low fuel. They discover an unmapped tunnel and are forced to push their car when it runs out of gas. Inside the endless tunnel, they find slime trails and encounter two silent, smiling children who are actually the feet of a giant spider with human heads. The creature attacks through a window. Later, another driver stops in the tunnel after hitting something, finding only slime and an abandoned car. He discovers two smiling men in his backseat who are also just heads belonging to a giant insect. He realizes the tunnel is a nest filled with giant insects that use human heads as their body parts.
