A college student and his childhood friend Kido reminisce about a hide-and-seek game where Kido was abandoned. Due to the late hour, the student invites Kido to stay over. The next morning, the room is ransacked, and Kido claims he did it while sleeping, though he refuses to explain. The student leaves for work and returns to set up a camera. He wakes up to find the room messy again. Reviewing the footage reveals he was searching the room in his sleep. Papers and an old photo fall, and Kido’s voice asks what he is looking for. The sleeping student replies he seeks Kido, to which Kido responds it is no longer necessary. The student examines the photo showing himself, Kido, and another friend as children; Kido slowly vanishes. Kido’s voice assures him not to worry, stating someone will search for him next. The photo falls, and both the student and Kido disappear.
