The battle between Alister and Kaiba intensifies as Alister summons the Sky Fortress Zuggurat. Simultaneously, Mokuba struggles to pilot the aircraft, narrowly avoiding a mountain collision until Roland arrives to assist. Kaiba combines the Fang of Critias with Tyrant Wing and Blue-Eyes White Dragon to create Blue-Eyes Tyrant Dragon, securing victory over Alister. Critias, Hermos, and Timaeus then aid Kaiba in landing the plane safely, where the Pharaoh and his friends are waiting. In a separate development, Dartz successfully purchases the remainder of Kaiba's company, becoming the new owner of KaibaCorp.
