Rebecca finds Joey while Yami, Téa, and Tristan pursue him. Mai and Valon reach Joey first. Joey plays the Claw of Hermos card to gain an advantage, but Valon overpowers it. Joey then uses his Red-Eyes Black Dragon to create armor for himself. This allows him to counter Valon’s strategy, leading to a direct clash of monster armors between the two duelists.
