The duel between Yugi and Atem intensifies as Atem's three Egyptian Gods exceed ten thousand attack power. Yugi summons Valkyrion The Magna Warrior by discarding Alpha, Beta, and Gamma to the graveyard. He uses Mirage Magic to negate Slifer's Summon Thunder Bullet and Mirage Ruler to dodge all three Gods, ending Atem's turn. Yugi then sacrifices Valkyrion to revive the three Magna Warriors and activates Magnet Force to redirect Slifer's effect onto the Egyptian Gods. However, when Yugi attacks with Silent Swordsman, Atem activates the face-down Trap Card Mirror Force, destroying all of Yugi's monsters and seemingly securing an unassailable position for himself.
