Ep. 55: Van and Thomas investigate stolen Zoid parts while Irvine faces false accusations.
Following their victory over the Whale King, Van and Thomas uncover a theft of developing Zoid parts. These weapons prove superior against Heldigunners, prompting a Gustav carrying stolen components from both nations to drop cargo. Irvine, piloting the Lightning Saix, intervenes to help but is knocked unconscious. Using his one-eye video piece, he records the general's face for military intelligence. Upon waking, Irvine is falsely accused of stealing the parts, and his Lightning Saix has been taken. Despite his protests, the presiding officer dismisses his claims. Consequently, the group is forced onto a militaristic brown Hammerhead, leaving Irvine to deal with the serious allegations and the loss of his machine amidst the unfolding mystery.
