Torafu's defense force is deployed to safeguard Atakka, while rebel factions begin infighting. The Elephunder team departs independently, prompting other groups to follow in a race to reach Torafu first. Divided, the rebels become vulnerable targets for Zairin's Bio-Zoids. Upon learning of Ruuji's arrival, Zairin engages him using Mega-Raptor. Murasame Liger transforms into Hayate Liger to defeat Mega-Raptor. This victory also breaks the dam that had blocked water from the River of Fog. The released water flows down the river, washing away the Bio-Zoids and clearing the area.
