Torafu's defense force protects Atakka while rebels race to reach Torafu against Zairin's forces.
Oct 2, 2005Torafu's defense force is deployed to safeguard Atakka, while rebel factions begin infighting. The Elephunder team departs independently, prompting other groups to follow in a race to reach Torafu first. Divided, the rebels become vulnerable targets for Zairin's Bio-Zoids. Upon learning of Ruuji's arrival, Zairin engages him using Mega-Raptor. Murasame Liger transforms into Hayate Liger to defeat Mega-Raptor. This victory also breaks the dam that had blocked water from the River of Fog. The released water flows down the river, washing away the Bio-Zoids and clearing the area.

Rebels recover from losses while Ruuji protects traders and Zairin receives a new Bio-Zoid
Oct 9, 2005Following heavy battle losses, the rebels temporarily disband to plan their next steps. Ra Kan sends Ruuji and others to defend Ron’s trader friends from Bio-Raptor attacks. The traders provide upgraded weapons for the group’s Zoids. Meanwhile, Zairin, who barely survived Ruuji’s previous assault, is taken to Digu City. There, Jiin reveals a mass-produced army of Mega-Raptors to him. Zairin is then assigned a new Bio-Zoid named Volcano. This period allows the group to regroup and upgrade their equipment while Zairin faces the reality of the enemy’s growing forces. The narrative focuses on recovery, strategic pauses, and the introduction of new mechanical assets for both sides.

The Leeo weapons prove ineffective against Volcano's defenses, forcing Ruuji to withdraw from the engagement and retreat from the immediate danger.

Oct 23, 2005Ra Kan and Kotona approach Ironrock, a city rumored to be cursed, near Kotona’s residence. They are apprehended by the Makiri, Ironrock’s protectors, who are commanded by Kotona’s sister, Rina. During captivity, Kotona recalls her past and the acquisition of her Zoid, Rainbow Jerk. The Makiri transfer the pair to Digald, but Kurukku assists their escape, leading them to uncover a Digald Zoid factory. Pursued by Digald’s forces, Rina is shot while shielding Kotona. Ra Kan and Kotona subsequently flee from Bio-Ptera by utilizing the enhanced capabilities of their Zoids.

Garaga and Seijuurou search for Danbul in a forest where Zoids malfunction.
Oct 30, 2005Garaga and Seijuurou enter the Demon's Forest to locate the powerful Zoid pilot Danbul. Inside, their Zoids begin moving erratically and acting independently. They encounter an elderly woman who claims knowledge of Danbul, only to be attacked by Bio-Zoids, including two of Digald's new Mega-Raptors. Although their Zoids are immobilized, Garaga and Seijuurou overcome the threat using newly upgraded weapons. A Kane Wolf arrives to assist them, revealing itself to be piloted by the old woman. She is then identified as Danbul, the individual they sought, and agrees to join Ra Kan's army.

Nov 6, 2005Gaball attacks Ruuji seeking revenge for her deceased lover Dinga, a member of Ra Kan's resistance army. Ron persuades her to channel her anger into a Zoid battle, pitting her Brastle Tiger against Ruuji's Murasame Liger. During the fight, a group of Bio-Zoids appears and traps both combatants. Ron and Mii arrive to rescue them, allowing Murasame to transform into Hayate Liger to defeat the enemies.

Nov 13, 2005Ruuji's party arrives in Katou City to investigate the People of the Sky and their legendary giant Zoid, which is said to have transported humans to the heavens. During a diving expedition, the group locates fragments of this Zoid, identified as the Gildragon, though the majority remains entombed beneath rocks. Upon departing the city, they face an assault from Zairin, a foe so powerful that even Hayate Liger cannot defeat him. In response, Ron activates his ultimate attack, resulting in the mutual destruction of Zairin's Volcano and Ron's own Bamburian. Ron manages to survive the catastrophic explosion by escaping on the back of Hayate Liger.

Nov 20, 2005Kotona and Ra Kan stop to refuel their Zoids. Kotona defends a helpless citizen against Digald soldiers and soon finds herself attacked by Bio-Kentro. Ra Kan comes to her aid, but Sword Wolf is badly damaged. Kotona attempts to airlift it to safety, but Rainbow Jerk is hit and crashlands. Ruuji's group arrives to help out, just in time to save Ra Kan and Sword Wolf from Bio-Kentro. Hayate Liger enters the battle, but Ruuji is unable to overcome Bio-Kentro even with the help of Ron's new Bamburian and Mii's Lance Stag, until his Liger transforms back into Murasame Liger, making a large and deep cut over Bio-Kentro's left front leg. After the battle and hearing that Zairin is still alive, he understands that he needs to become stronger and an image of "Mugen Liger" comes forth.

Nov 27, 2005Ruuji's group returns to Zuuri and is spotted by Digald soldiers at the secret entrance. The troops launch a nighttime sneak attack on the city. Felme drops Souta and Bio-Kentro into the city to pursue Murasame Liger. Ruuji joins the battle alongside Hayate Liger but struggles against Bio-Kentro once again. Hayate eventually transforms into Mugen Liger and destroys Bio-Kentro. With one of their leaders defeated, the Digald forces retreat from the city. This sequence of events concludes the immediate conflict in Zuuri after the group's return and the subsequent military engagement.

Mii intervenes at the last second to prevent his death. Order is subsequently restored to the city. However, the peace is short-lived as several mysterious flying Zoids appear in the sky, heading directly toward Zuuri. This sudden arrival of unknown machines signals a new potential danger for the region, interrupting the recent resolution of the internal conflict between Da Jin and Ruuji.

The key to activating this dormant entity is identified as Kotona's true name. Although hesitant, Kotona consents to the group's proposal to revive the creature. Consequently, the team travels together toward Ironrock City to proceed with their plan to awaken the Gildragon and confront the advancing threat.
