Bie Dui Wo Shuo

A character who once viewed another as a sibling is confronted when that person confesses feelings. The speaker had wanted to avoid them but unintentionally caused harm. Regretful, they express a wish to not have fled if given another opportunity. A chance to change things arises when they unexpectedly time-travel three years into the past, encountering the other person again, this time before they knew each other.
