DOUBLE DECKER! Doug and Kirill

A task force known as SEVEN-O is assigned to investigate the illegal drug "Anthem." The unit operates using a system that pairs agents together. One such pair consists of Doug Billingham, an experienced agent who remains distant, and Kirill Vrubel, a new recruit whose ineffective efforts often lead to little progress. The two form an unlikely partnership.
