In 2016, the Australian city of Miliopolis faces widespread gang activity, violence, and crime. In response, the government establishes the MPB Task Force, known as Cerebus. The agency recruits children with physical disabilities and equips them with prosthetic limbs that enhance their combat abilities. Among the top operatives are three teenage girls with the code names Suzutsuki, Kagerou, and Yugiri. They employ advanced technology and combat skills to eliminate threats that have taken hold of the city.
