Satou witnesses the aftermath of the Fukushima disaster and is deeply disturbed by it. While many in Tokyo appear eager to return to normalcy, Satou harbors anger toward the government and the societal structures that ignore or downplay the true impact of the catastrophe. He is particularly frustrated by the company and system that fail to acknowledge or address the consequences faced by those affected.
