Hansu no Kikan
The Return of Hans·ハンスの帰還
A German tank mechanic named Hans and his commanding officer flee westward near the end of World War II, seeking surrender to American forces to avoid capture by the advancing Soviet Army. During their journey, they find an unused Panzer IV tank near a large house. While Hans works to repair the tank, his officer enters the house and meets a young woman named Rosa, her grandmother, and their dog. Concerned for their safety, he persuades them to join the escape. Hans manages to restore the tank, and they flee just as Russian forces approach. Their journey continues with further challenges and potential for romantic developments.
