Inu to Tsubame

A high school student named Kaede is unexpectedly hugged by Nomiya, a new transfer student, during the opening assembly. Nomiya claims they had spent time together as children during a summer and tries to reconnect. Kaede, still affected by the death of his brother, who may have died by suicide due to stress and anxiety linked to gender dissociative disorder, is hesitant to get close to Nomiya. Despite his reservations, Kaede gradually grows closer to the younger student, eventually developing a relationship that goes beyond friendship.
