Namida no Tanjoubi

A nurse named Fleur, who lives with her young son after losing her husband, returns to work for the first time in two years. On her first day, she makes a serious mistake during a patient's emergency, triggering painful memories of her past. She panics and leaves the situation. An Italian doctor newly hired at the hospital, Mario, becomes upset with her. Later, when Fleur is emotionally distressed, Mario unexpectedly visits her home.
