Numurenu Mori no Hime, Ookami wo Daku

Kasumi attends a high school where all students live in dorms. She is separated from her childhood hugging pillow, Q-chan, and struggles to sleep without it. While dealing with this, she accidentally collides with Tama, a known womanizer. Recognizing Q-chan in his possession, Kasumi asks him to serve as a replacement. Tama agrees and enters her room to fulfill the request.
