Nadeshiko Otemachi loses her family in a terrorist attack. Years later, she enrolls in a military school to help protect Neo Tokyo. To avoid an uncomfortable predicament, she chooses to join the S Class, a program for the school's top students. However, the S Class and its high-ranking members prove to be different from what she anticipated.
