Wolf's Rain

In a future where wolves are believed to have been extinct for 200 years, they have actually transformed into human forms. Kiba, a lone wolf, enters a city in pursuit of the scent of Lunar Flowers, believed to guide one to paradise. The scent leads him to Cheza, a girl in a lab in a state resembling suspended animation. Drawn to her, Kiba hopes she holds the key to paradise. However, Cheza is taken by a figure named Darcia, prompting Kiba to begin a new search. Before leaving, he encounters three other wolves—Tsume, Hige, and Toboe—each with distinct personalities and a tense dynamic. Despite initial friction, the four unite to continue their quest.
