Kokona Aoba plans to spend the last day of summer vacation with her mother, but the visit is canceled due to work. She decides to take a walk along a familiar route filled with personal memories. Later, in autumn, Hinata Kuraue and Aoi Yukimura review a childhood scrapbook. Hinata discovers an acorn in Aoi’s room and recalls a forgotten memory from their past. As they reflect on shared moments and past promises, the three girls revisit old memories while creating new ones.
