Zoids Shin Seiki/Zero

Zoids, which are animal-shaped combat machines, are now used in competitive sports rather than war. The Blitz Team, a struggling group of pilots, gains an unexpected advantage when Bit Cloud, a wandering scrap dealer, joins them and demonstrates the ability to pilot the Liger Zero, a Zoid that resists all other pilots. With Bit and the Liger at the center, the team rises in the ranks of the competition. Their progress draws attention from the Backdraft Group, an illegal organization of Zoid pilots. The Backdraft seeks to acquire powerful Zoids and has set its sights on the Liger Zero.
