Her life changes when she is offered a six-month position in the imperial household as the young Emperor's consort, tasked with educating him in governance. In return for successfully guiding him, she would receive substantial financial compensation. The narrative explores her evolving connections with the Emperor and court figures, the political maneuvering within the palace, and her determination to improve both herself and the nation.
