Teppei travels to see his brother Kotaro, who is attending a scientific conference, after spending 11 years training with a woman named Karen. His visit is interrupted when Aramis kills all attendees to capture Kotaro. On his way to rescue his brother, Teppei discovers a damaged mechanical horse named B't X, which is reactivated by his blood and becomes his companion in the mission.
