Koisuru Shirokuma: Tokubetsu-ban

A seal tries to flee from a polar bear, worried the bear intends to eat him. Before the seal can escape, the polar bear awakens and rushes after him. The seal begs for his life, but the polar bear instead playfully knocks him into an ice wall. The manga centers on a polar bear who develops feelings for an earless seal and is determined to protect him, despite the seal's ongoing fear that the bear will eat him.
