Sakura is a loner and a high school delinquent who, as a member of Bofurin, has vowed to "protect this town." Just then, he learns of an emergency with Nagato, a childhood friend of Sakura's classmate Anzai. To save Nagato, Sakura enlists the help of Nirei, Suo, and his classmates and rallies towards KEEL's headquarters. However, he will have to confront Shingo Natori, the head of KEEL.
