Konjiki no Gash Bell!!

A disinterested and unmotivated student is given a small demon named Gash Bell to care for. Unbeknownst to him, Gash is involved in a fierce competition to determine the ruler of the demon world. Each demon must choose a human master on Earth and battle others in a series of duels until only one remains. The student becomes Gash's master and, as they face various opponents, he gradually learns about the value of friendship and the strength of courage.
