After fixing the faucets at Cerise Laboratory, Devi, one of two handymen known as "The Plusle and Minun All Service", trips on the stairs and hurts himself. Ash and Goh offer to help the other handyman, Multa, by filling in for the injured Devi. Their jobs include brushing a rich man's herd of Tauros, rescuing a trainer's Tauros in Rock Tunnel, and fixing a fountain that has sprung a leak. Later, they save the rich man's Tauros from falling deeper into a manhole after Meowth had fallen into it while stealing the Tauros. (Source: Wikipedia)
