The rescue specialist and lieutenant Shouji Toukairin has joined the Bokuto Police Precinct as its newest recruit. Natsumi is flabbergasted to see that only sandwiches and salads are left on the menu, and offers an arm wrestling match to Shouji for his food as collateral. Upon losing the match, Natsumi plans to uphold her reputation as the strongest officer of the precinct. Shouji host an undergoing training session specializing in rescue missions, however Natsumi is dissatisfied by common procedures.
